Barry's Story
After graduation, I rode the rails as a hobo for several years..... Just kidding.
I actually went to Wabash College and then into law enforcement for 4 years. Next, I went into and remain in real estate sales in Marion County and surrounding areas.
I am married with children. For the past 30 plus years, my passion beyond family life, work and play has been Christian Apologetic research and ministry. The research includes studies of all areas of earth sciences, study of varying world religions and texts, archaelogical finds (including personal field reseach, biology, physiology, genetics and more other areas than I can even number.)
I am currently working on a book detailing my research and more particularly numerous miracles I have documented (many of which I have witnessed or experienced myself). What has been rewarding in the research is in finding so many others who have seen the hand of God in miraculous ways, many not even knowing what they were experiencing at the time.
It may be several years before I complete my work, but I always offer to share my experiences with others and hear their testimonies as well. We live in a great time in which despite the misinformation being pumped out for the last 100 years by well-meaning but misguided educators at all levels, all signs (particularly in the areas of advanced sciences) point to a brilliant and loving God.
As many researchers now know and others only begrudgingly admit, "If Darwin had had an electron microscope, there never would have been a "theory of evolution" as we think of it today. Adaptation within a species yes, but never a new species. Random chance could never account for the billions and trillions of bits of encoded i...Expand for more
nformation in the DNA of life alone. And that is only a one step in ever increasing complexity of living systems."
In a million years I would never have believed how much error there was in what has been and is being taught (pushed) in our schools, campus' and (falsely named) education channels on T.V.. While some of it may have been excusable years back, today there is really no excuse but arrogance, ignorance or pride.
In a recent movie by Ben Stein, Ben pressed the issue with one of the leading Atheist/Sceptics in the world (DR. Dawkins). When Ben noted to him that modern genetic research pointed to an intelligent designer of life, and Dawkins did not argue the point. Instead, he said maybe an alien life form "seeded" the planet. When Ben further pressed him, he said the "alien" must have lived on a planet more condusive to life evolving (as further evidence has proved the earth is actually very hostile to the formation of what has been deemed "primordial life".) Rather than concede defeat, Dawkins would rather cling to a planet far far away.
Simply put, the theory of evolution has been the greatest hoax ever played on mankind. It has also been the most deadly. I will never forget a research work I did on Adolf Hitler in college. It was no coincidence that he could so easily sway a nation to hate. Germany had brewed a deadly mix of "enlightened thinkers", all to willing to sell the idea of inferior races. That is also why we can excuse the killing in the womb that our nation does today. Any time we can say that anyone is somehow less worthy than another, then we cease to be equal and the lesser less free.
May the Lord show you Himself and you be willing to see Him,
