Barry Dellinger:  

I thought it about time to write what I have been upto since high school. First 4 years out of high school, just when to JC on and off, had fun, surfed alot. Got married the first time in 1970, had one daughter and it last about 10 years. Went in the in Air Force in 1972-1974. Spent all of the my time in the Air Force in the US, mostly in Oklahoma. After I got out in 1974, tried to go back to school, but opened my own pool supply business with my wife from 1975 to 1981. Got divorced in 1980 and joined the San Diego Police department in 1979, where I spent 7 years patroling Linda Vista, OB and Mission Valley mainly (though sometime covered calls in Serra Mesa, nabbed a armed bank robber in the old Navy Housing). Went back to school in 1982 and received my bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 1984. Got married again in 1985 and am still married to her 27 years later. We have one son who is 22 and will graduate from University of California at Riverside in March 2013. Medically retired from the PD in 1986, move to Steamboat Springs Co for 2 years to have fun and recover from my injuries.
