How about looking at society and seeing that we are a country full of people that are looking for someone else to blame when we mess up, so we sue someone. Now I know I went to school with some lawyers, and I don't want to burn bridges, or make enemies, but enough is enough. Coffee is supposed to be hot, and burning yourself with it is not recourse to sue. You should sue if your coffee is cold (unless you ordered it that way like an idiot) If we had to go thru what our parents / grandparents went thru to make it in life (including two world wars), we wouldn't whine when the internet is down, or your cell phone doesn't get a signal.....I don't have a cell phone, I have found that I can actually survive with out one.
