Barry's Story
Life
Hi everyone. After graduation, I left the Chain Reaction and was a member of a couple of other bands until 1970. I met my wife Sharon (Pemsler - RHS grad 1972) and we married in May 1973. We have two beautiful daughters (Marni who a teacher in the Orlando area and has made Sharon and I first-time grandparents (a boy; James), and Ivy who has graduated college with a degree in Special Education. We moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1977 when I began my career with American Express. Now 32 years later, I am still here. I am currently a PMI Certified Technologies Project Manager.

College
I actually started my college education at Pace University in 1973 (part time at night). When I move to Florida in 1977, I transfered my credits to Nova University (now Nova Southeastern University) in Davie, Florida. I graduated in 1984. Best thing I ever did. I do regret not having gone to college right after high school. Talking with my daughters during their college life, I realize I missed a great deal by not having that "college life" experience. Oh, well!
