More about Baruzula:"Art is the blood of my soul. It is the oxygen I can not live without. My lifestyle is a constant flow of creative and most importantly productive energy. If I am not sewing for 12-17 hours in a day, then I am dancing/strengthening and exploring poi spinning and battons for just as long and intensely. But I also have to make up stories and create ambiance for the fire dance routines. This is how the shadow theater becomes incorporated. This involves writing the stories, editing the music, building the puppets, having people to work with, directing the execution into a flowing stream of consciousness. f and what is created has an energy of its own. It is such a direct conversation with the Universe. I am telling a story that wants to be told. It is magic how the needed puppet pieces appear in life, by listening internally I am guided to what I need to bring this story to life. Is a labor of love, as if I have mingled with the Universe and created an offspring. It keeps life surreal and abstract. I feel that I can touch myth, bend reality and birth magic. It is literally my personal playground for my inner archetypes that walk with me in this life. I resonate with some dark goddesses, and believe me, they need a realm to play in that is not in direct contact with this literal reality. My buffering system.
I have lived communally(from 70-6 people) for 18 years out of the last 20. Presently I choose not to be involved in a group project. I have not been interested in dating for the last 5 years. All because I can not stop producing ART. Each day is carved to allow as much time for these outlets as possible. Everything has been stripped away that could potentially keep me from it. This part of my life is about riding these rapids of imagination and creation on my amazing journey through myself.".
