Scott's Story
Well, I graduated with all of you, went to Northeast State and received my associates (while working full time). Got married and had my oldest, David, who will be 15 this year. Continued with my school, had my middle one, Philip, who will be 8 this year. Graduated from ETSU with my B.S. in Industrial Engineering, had my youngest, Michael, two weeks after graduation, and he just turned 4.
Worked for EZ Paintr, Paint Brush Manufacturer in several roles from 1992 - 2003, i.e QA, Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, etc. I had the wonderful pleasure of training in Shanghai, China for 11 1/2 weeks so someone else could have my job!!!!!!! By the way, that plant is empty now, apparently they made a big mistake!!!!!!!!!!!

left after a few months and went to Morrill Motors in Erwin as the Quality Manager. Left a year later when Snap-on called and wanted me back. I still work for Snap-on Tools in Elizabethton, TN as a Rapid Continuous Improvement Facilitator - IT Systems. I basically use RCI through the use of IT, i.e. CNC Wireless System, Paperless Factory, automated processing of routings and material transfers, etc. I also maintain all the servers and pc's throughout the facility (approximately 250).
I have ran the Bloomingdale Babe Ruth Baseball non-profit organization as President for the past 3 years, VP for 3 years prior, and coach for 10 years. Very good way to be involved in the community and to keep kids out of trouble by instilling values in them, i.e teamwork, respect, dignity, etc.
