David's Story
David Baumgardner received his Juris Doctor from Appalachian School of Law; He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & International Studies from Mount Saint Marys College in Emmitsburg, Maryland, and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Widener University, in Chester, Pennsylvania. He served as a Lieutenant in the United States Army and has over 14 years Federal civilian service.
David, his wife, Paige, and sons, Nathaniel and Benjamin live on a 13 acre "hobby" farm in the Town of Union, near La Farge, Wisconsin; where David has been elected to serve on the Town Board of Supervisors. He is ...Expand for more
an active Freemason, having completed the York Rite degrees. David is also an Eagle Scout and has served as a Scoutmaster for Troop 92, La Farge, WI; and Unit Commissioner in the Gateway Area Council, in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He is active with the NRA and Americans for Prosperity and lobbies 2nd Amendment and taxpayers issues. His other interests include studying and promoting sustainable, renewable energy and organic agriculture.
David is a member of the Wisconsin Republican Party, and the Vernon County Republican Party. He served from 2007-2009 as State Coordinator for the Republican Liberty Caucus of Wisconsin.
