Another wonderful spring day in Carlsbad, California, in the Carlsbad Flower Fields, not far from our home.

Age old dilemma. T-bone or Porterhouse? They are both cut from the Shortloin, where the tenderloin extends through the Shortloin. The Porterhouse is cut towards the rear of the shortloin, where the tenderloin is thicker.
