f Steve's favorite quotes is:"Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark, in the hopeless swamps of the approximate, the not-quite, the not-yet, the not-at-all. Do not let the hero in your soul perish, in lonely frustration for the life you deserved, but have never been able to reach. Check your road and the nature of your battle. The world you desired can be won. It exists, it is real, it is possible, it is yours.".

Relaxing in my courtyard on a beautiful Cinco De Mayo night. Great food, beverages and company. Listening to "The Smiths".
6th Annual Taste of Cardiff (California) tonight. Should be a great time. See you there!
Age old dilemma. T-bone or Porterhouse? They are both cut from the Shortloin, where the tenderloin extends through the Shortloin.

The Porterhouse is cut towards the rear of the shortloin, where the tenderloin is thicker.
