Beatrice's Story
Well, where do we begin. I think I will start when I re-married Dan Loynes, from Novi we moved to Tennessee outside of Knoxville had a great place on the golf course, weather was great lots of new friends from all over the states, still have them today the ones that have not passed on. Jobs change so off we went to Massachusetts, lived in the Berkshires on Mohawk Trail learned all the ins and outs of Boston and surrounding areas, of course the Ocean if my first love, well maybe second to Dan. From there we moved to Scarborough Maine on the Ocean just outside Portland that was the best, winter a little long but it was worth it, go home from work, walk on the beach, couldn't be better. Then Dan thought Boeing Aircraft was a better deal so off we came to St Louis. My son came with or I should say along with us to each place and along the way in Maine he has to daughters, my granddaughters and they each have a chil...Expand for more
d now my one great granddaughter and great grandson, WOW, can't believe that. But, as time marches along I have a granddaughter here in St Louis where we have raised her next month she will be 17, that I cannot believe, time does fly. We are doing great we travel alot, work is good, I have my business an what else can I say I thank God everyday for health and getting up and enjoying each day he gives us. During the summer my husband finished his Ph.D he has worked hard on that and is so proud now. He finished it in Organizational Management and Leadership. Title sounds good, no pay raise but what the heck, a lot of letters after his name. Life is good and health is the most important thing that we are thankful for. Its good to hear from the kids we new in school and of course we are all still kids, I guess that never goes away. Everyone take care and keep in touch and if ever in St Louis area, please stop by.
