My life has been a total roller coaster! Frequent moves, illnesses, great kids and a best friend who happens to be my husband of 31 years! I have been employed by WAVY-TV for 13 years now - a record of longevity! I serve in the capacity of Executive Assistant to the General Manager of the Station and the Director of Sales for our Corporate Offices at LIN Television. I also handle legal mumbo jumbo related to the retransmission of our signals with cable companies and making sure we are meeting FCC requirements (ZZZZZZZ). I also have the "title" of Director of Fun - arranging beach parties, Olympic parties, etc. I spend way too much time on this aspect of my job - just ask my husband, Assistant Director of Fun. He is now on a sit-down strick. I have had a diverse "career" - stints in EEOC compliance, working in a lab and radiology department at DePaul and CHKD, working for a Police Department in Texas, years in commercial and residential real estate.
