Becky's Story
Life
I still live in Connecticut (for the time being, anyway -- I'd move if an opportunity presented itself), with my husband and three cats. We're planning to have a child within the next year or two.
I keep very busy with my job (magazine editor), my personal writing (mostly nonfiction and my online journal, but still some poetry), my friends and family, and my hobbies (which include acting in local theater productions, sewing, cooking, antiquing, etc. etc. etc.)
I'd love to hear from just about anybody, especially members of the MAWB. So, drop me a line, whoever!
College
College (Fair...Expand for more
field U.) and graduate school (Emerson College) were the best time of my life -- six years to do nothing but read and write! I'm glad I was in a frame of mind to enjoy that freedom, and I never once regretted commuting. Campus life just never seemed all that interesting.
In case any of the Fairfield townhouse guys are reading this -- I did appreciate your occasional offers to join the party scene. It just wasn't my scene.
If any Kim Bridgford or Bill Knott fans are reading this -- e-mail me and we'll swap stories of the old days. I miss them both and I don't talk to them as often as I'd like to.
