Becky's schools include East Bakersfield High School. Becky later attended California State University, Bakersfield. I was horse crazy in high school and I didn't quite want to fit in to the main stream. I bought a pair of red cowboy boots at the Goodwill just because it was so not cool. I used to wear them to school all the time. I was quieter in high school. I sat next to Martha Najarra in chemistry. She taught me how to not be prejudiced against Hispanic people without even trying. I took archery about 10 times in a row. I found a sheep louse, ( long story) in my hair in biology class.
