Benedicta's Story
Life
Here's to a new life. New adventures and journeys to enjoy. I've had a great life so far. I've learned a lot from all who I've met and shared moments with. Can hardly wait to hear about what everyone has been up to :)
So many great memories and so little time to express them all. I graduated P.S. 48 in 1987 and went in to I.S. 74. I lost touch with the few friends I made in that first year in New York City (Amanda/Natalie where are you 2?). I had a lot of fun in Junior high (I.S. 74). My first crush happened in those years and I learned why they are called crushes. I did see him again in high school and he was after me then. I wont mention your name you know who you are. I graduated I.S. 74 in 1991. I then attended James Monroe High School. I was a totally different person there. I wasn't the shy little girl from junior high. I was friends with more than half the school, was popular, pretty, smart, and confident. I had a blast and will not take anything back. I keep in touch with a few friends from those years and have found many of you to include my favorite teacher, Mr. Shenk, on Facebook and/or Myspace!! After Monroe I joined the Army instead of going to college. I traveled to many different places and enjoyed what each one had to offer. I served the Army at Fort Jackson, South Carolina from 1/1996 to 6/1996, Fort Belvoir, Virginia from 6/1996 to 12/1997, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii from 12/1997 to 1/2001, Fort Huachuca, Arizona from 1/2001 to 2/2004, Camp Red Cloud, Korea from 2/2004 to 2/2005, and finally For...Expand for more
t Rucker, Alabama from 2/2005 to 9/2005. I dedicated ten years to my country and decided it was time for me to move on to new and better things. I am now an Army Veteran with many different decorations. I was married and got divorced but I gained a gorgeous daughter from the relationship. During my time in the Army I did take some college and will plan to continue my studies now that I can be a full time student. While I was stationed at Korea I met a wonderful man who I have been married to since 2005. Hope to hear from you guys soon.

The Army, what a blast! Met many people over the years that as I was away from home became my comrades, my friends, my family!! I wouldn't trade my experiences for anything else. I've truly enjoyed my time. So many great memories and so little time to express them all. After Monroe I joined the Army instead of going to college. I traveled to many different places and enjoyed what each one had to offer.
