Benjamin's Story
Life
After graduating from Barstow High, I began pre-med studies, which were not to my liking. I worked at Santa Fe (family tradition) until drafted into the US Army. After Vietnam I attended Officer Candidate School and lived in Germany, Greece, Korea, Spain, Panama, Peru, Turkey, and Washington DC (Pentagon). iami (Int'l Relations) and a European Law degree from a university in Madrid. I'm now retired from the military, living in Spain, and teaching at the University of Salamanca. We have two children (one in Virginia Tech, the other a high school sophomore). We enjoy traveling, reading and also puttering around the garden.
