Robin's Story
After graduating Palisades High School I attended & graduated University of Northern Colorado majoring in Business Administration in Marketing and Sales Management. I most recently was in Sales/Marketing in the Software Security & Cybersecurity space. I am now retired and my current focus is on:
1. Health & cooking healthy Mediterranean style diet. I try to work out on various weights/ machines and get on Pilates Reformer several times a week. Easier said than done.
2. Walking/hiking three days a week with husband Paul and friends.
3. A friend has a sailboat and I crew on it, through two social/yacht clubs we belong to. Love it and hope to do more racing as my sailing skills improve.
4. Avid kayaker.
5. Volunteer in flower arranging at Gamble Garden in Palo Alto creating flower ...Expand for more
arrangements for the property’s Historical House.
6. Love of gardening: Involved as a Member of Stanford Roots which is run by the Earth Sciences Department at Stanford allows me to be involved and participate in various subjects in gardening and interact with Stanford students. I have a small house with a big yard. I spend as much time as I can working in and enjoying my home garden.
6. Volunteer at Stanford Hospital delivering recycled flowers to patients and helping with other tasks as needed.
7. Volunteer with Dec My Room decorating rooms of children who are staying in Lucile Packard’s Children’s Hospital. Children staying longer than three weeks get a room make over from me to help them cope with being in a hospital.
8. Love to Travel with my Husband, Paul, whenever we can.
