Bernadette's Story
Life
Hi I wanted to say a little about my life as it is now. I live in the Seattle area with my husband and my (boys) my miniature schnauzers. They are my children since mine are all grown up. I like living in the Seattle area there is alot to do, and Im close to all of the sports teams.
I have been at my job for 9 years and I still like it. It is fast paced and always something to do.
The last 2 and a half years have been very hard on me and my family....Expand for more
I was diagnosed with cancer on July 15th 2005. Since then I have had 9 surgeries 6 months of chemotherapy and 2 months of radiation. Iam doing great now and my hair finally has grown back in. Being told you have cancer changes your whole life, I look at things alot different now. I have finally learned to slow down and try not to stress out about the little things.
I would love to hear from any and all of you from the good old days.
