One of the more recent athletes to be inducted into the B-CC
Athletic Hall of Fame, Bernard T.Hawk,Sr. was a standout
quaterback for the Wildcats from 1982-1985.While at B-CC, he
recieved various honors which included:1984 MEAC FOOTBALL
CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP,1983-84 1st Team All-MEAC,1984-85
Black College Sports Review All-American,1985 B.E.T. M.V.P.
Versus S.C.State;1985 Florida Classic M.V.P.winner over FAMU
31-27;1985 Washington,D.C.MEAC Player of the Year;1986 Freedom Bowl of Atlanta MEAC Quaterback; Listed in the Black
College Football Periodical,1892-1992,Players to Remember;

.C.Lions in the C.F.L. in 1986, retired with the
Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena League from injuries.Currently
lives in Jacksonville and Scouts the MEAC for the BC Lions & LA Rams.
Will be celebrating 40 Year MEAC FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP REUNION & 100 years of Wildcat Football with teammates during this years homecoming game against Jackson State, October 26th, 2024.Played under Legendary Head Football Coach and Miami Dolphin NFL Hall of Famer Larry Little.
Selected to the MEAC 40TH Anniversary Football Team, 1970-2010. Celebrating 39th Anniversary Victories over S.C.State on B.E.T. & Florida Classic 1985 over FAMU, 31-27. Celebrated 35th Class Reunion 1986 during B-CU Homecoming 2021; Andrew Jackson Cheers to 40 Years, 2022!
