Life
I'm currently (1991-2016) teaching full-time at Community College of Philadelphia, where I am an associate professor of English. I also do editing/copyediting as a second profession ("The Next-to-Last Word"), as well as portrait photography, author of two books, "Incurably Romantic" (Temple U. Press, 1985) and "Another Kind of Witness" (Jewish Publication Society, 1988). Member of the E. E. Cummings Society, and a contributing editor of "Spring," its annual journal.

Many other interests, related to my M.A. degree (in "Religion and Literaturte," Temple U., 1971) and subsequent studies and employment in psychiatric social work and as a poet and writer. Much interested in reunions and former classmates! (In fact, I chaired the committee for the Inky '56 Fiftieth-Anniversary 8th-Grade Reunion, held at the Doubletree Hotel, Broad and Locust Sts., in center city Philadelphia, Oct. 1, 2006.
