Bernard's Story
Life
I've been married 40 years to Somproh "Pok" Pongkan, who is from Thailand. We met and were married at a Christian and Missionary Alliance Mission while I was in the Air Force stationed at Ubon Royal Thai AFB. Thailand is a beautiful country with friendly happy people.
We have two sons, one living in the San Jose area working at Fry's Electronics. Our younger son, John, graduated, with two masters degrees, from MIT, with a tour in Iraq interrupting his education for eight months. He is now working as an integrated traffic system design consultant in Arlington, VA.

here almost 30 years. I worked as a technician for a number of years and got a degree in computer science, after which I worked as a programmer and systems engineer. My wife is a real estate investor, but worked many years at IBM as a programmer.
We have moved to Prescott, AZ, and moved into our dream retirement home, which we designed and had built. It is in the Foothills development overlooking the city and with fantastic views beyond. We love our new city and have made, and are making, lots of friends it this friendly and outgoing city. We have a great church here that we truly enjoy and are blessed by in so many ways.
