Susan's Story
After High School I worked the restaurants and then was Art Director for Easy Rider and took classes at CJC, FSC, and CSULB for art. Then I decided to use my art an a different way so I did an Apprenticeship and became an Executive Chef and caterer. I Live in SW Missouri, been married 38 yrs. I have one son and one Grandson. I volunteer teach Culinary Arts at an Alternative Extension School with teens. It's a passion of mine and I teach art on occasion. I give cooking lessons and Personal Chef services. happy, healthy and still young at heart.
I have lived in Oregon, Colorado, Washington, Missouri and of course California. I visit my family in Calabasas, Fountain Valley and Palm Desert often.
I like to fish, cook, being a Grandma and enjoying the outdoors. I also serve on the Planning and Zoning Board for my city and volunteer where needed.
Not too exciting it sounds but so far I have wonderful stories of all the celebs I cooked for and the kids I work with and friends and family. I wouldn't change a thing!!
