More about Beth:"Laughter is good for the heart & soul...especially in the face of chronic pain & debilitating fatigue.
Sunshine & music give me joy. I like sunset skies, dark chocolate & coffee (in small amounts 'cause they don't like me)! I love the feeling I get when I do the yoga pose correctly & my body just opens up. I also enjoy my two volunteer jobs, doing a quiet breathing meditation, taking & editing photos, playing sudoku, savoring a simple healthy dinner (occasionally with a nice glass of wine), snuggling with my dog, being helpful to others in small ways, receiving massage therapy regularly, & appreciating all the arts: music, theatre, textiles, museums, watercolors, Monet's impressions. I grew up with Badger/ Packer football, so they're in my blood! I'm very happy to be driving a Prius since 2007 & to be able to call Madison home for 25+ (wow!) years.".
