Beth's Story

Starting with my totally hip high school life of Marching Band and Math Club at Borah, I've had a fabulous time. After college I married a professional musician for all the right reasons... great drugs and the party life. That was very fun until it wasn't but I left that life with a wonderful daugher. I went for more education and joined the Morrison Knudsen corporation in 1986. I rode that train to the end of the line, but got to live in Argentina for four years as a highlight. y at it, so despite the great time I was having I sold my interest to my crazy partner chef. I went back to my nerd roots and became a pension actuary. I worked in Boise until 2001 when I moved to San Diego county to marry and go into business with a fellow actuary. We live in a rural area of San Diego county, but with the miracle of the technology, we have a prominent, national actuarial consulting company. My family grew with the addition of two step children and their spouses and now two grandsons. We sail for fun and I still ski with the grandsons (who snowboard of course). I hope to show them what real snow is like this winter by bringing the to Idaho.
