Mary's Story

Life I graduated from James Madison University in 1983 with a bachelor's degree in music education. I married my husband, John, in 1985. We had Colin in 1986, and Sarah in 1988. I was the band director at Loudoun County High School for 10...Expand for more
years, and have been teaching band at Simpson Middle School, both in Leesburg, since 1994. My parents, brother, and sister also live in Loudoun. We have lived in Round Hill since 1990. And yes, I still play my trumpet every day at school.
