Graduated with a bachelor's degree in physics and math from Houghton College in upstate NY in 1992. Finished my Master's in physics from RPI in Troy, NY in 1994. Married my college sweetheart, Elisabeth, in 1994 and started on a physics PhD at the U...Expand for more
niversity of Texas at Austin, finishing in 2000, right before my first son was born. Started teaching at Erskine College in Due West, SC in 2000 and have been there ever since. Elisabeth and I have two adopted daughters and another (biological) son.
