Betty's Story
Somehow I ended up with a duplicate profile. I'm NOT a cyber whiz so who knows how I managed that??! (June 2016) The story is still the same...check out the 'other' Betty Goetz. Hoping to retire from NOAA/AFSC in January 2018, am finishing the construction of a hobby studio to entertain myself in retirement, am on Siberian huskies #7 and #8, and am about to get my second Australian shepherd puppy at the end of July 2016. th a team of 5. Once retired, I want to play with dogs (maybe attempt agility work with the new Aussie), explore more gardening ideas (especially cool-growing orchids and Trilliums), hopefully construct an outdoor pond and play with shubunkin goldfish etc, and try to see how much more art I can do (still have peripheral neuropathy and have had 1 full knee replacement). I want to experiment with enameling on copper, needle felting, rigid heddle weaving, slab ceramic work, and mixed media paper art and jewelry construction. We'll see!
