Betty's Story
Life
I am very happily separated 3 years from my mean, drunk hubby as I call him. I am the mother of 3 beautiful daughters, 3 not so beautiful son-in-laws, grandma to a 7y/o grand-daughter (aka Doodle Bug) and a 5 year old grandson (aka Lil Man). I had been working in the medical field as an LPN for the past 18 years and graduated from college for medical office administration. I live in Mt. Gilead, N. C. in the Lake Tillery area in a very good neighborhood. Currently dating an alumnus, and you will never guess who it is. Giles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

y week and have not thought about what is going to happen to us beyond today.
I am disabled at present and need assistance to walk. Old age got me. One of my neighbors is Charles Maurice, of all people. The nonconforming hippie we all love. He is a good friend and confidante when I need one.
Workplace
Graduated with honors from nursing school and presently in school for Medical Office Administration. Hope to get my degree and start my own business as a medical transcriptionist or find a job that will utilize my skills as a nurse and knowledge as a med office administrator.
