Betty's Story

I graduated in 1963 from SHS. I married in October of 1964. My husband was in the Air Force. In September of 1965 we went to Hawaii for three years. That is where my son, William, was born. In 1968 we came back to South Carolina and lived there until '72. That is when we moved back to Savannah. We have been married 43 years. My son is in the Georgia Air Nationial G...Expand for more
uards. He has been deployed 4 time over seas. Back home now. Thank God I am very proud of him and what he is doing. I have been living in Rincon GA for the past 12 years. Really like it. I will soon be retiring and then we are going to do some traveling. I have three granddaughters. Also expecting my first great grandchild in July. Looking forward to that for sure.
