Betty's Story
Life
I now live in Idaho. As you can see I have been in a lot of different areas. I am a mother of 2 grown children. Plus I am a grandmother. I was in a motorcycle accident in 86 so my Navy career didn't work out. Or I would be doing something with the Navy all these years.
School
My biggest crush was Laszlo Fador, in Wilminton Jr. HS. Which carried onto Banning High. It seems like I never really got to have friends for very long. We moved so often. Wearing nylons and socks with sneakers, with mini skirts. Then maxi skirts came out. When my senior year we got to wear pants. All this was taking place for me in three different places. We had the earthquake in 72 that happened just as I moved from Wilmington to Santa Ana. I was chosen to model the swim suits for Santa Ana HS's new pool and they were going to have. ...Expand for more
That year they also decided to have coed PE, so I PE with the boys. We didn't have a girls locker room due to the earthquake, so we had trailors that we got dressed in.
Gezzz I have so much to say. I have tried to capture a lot of my places where I lived in pictures, I know that they say a lot. I may have gotten some of them out of order and had to use some pictures that are from a time that I looked about the same. I know that I haven't changed much in the past few years now. I will have to add more to this when I have more time. I spent a lot of time on the pictures and it is late now. If anyone reconizes me. Please feel free to message me. Or leave a comment. My daughter is now having another baby and it is a girl. I take care of my 91 year old grandmother and she is a handful.
