Betty's Story
I attended Ft. Hunt High School in Alexandria, VA from 71-74, then graduated from Gateway High School in Aurora, CO in 1975. After receiving my nursing degree from Montana State University (a great place to combine skiing with school), I lived in Denver and Utah briefly...Expand for more
before moving to Austin, TX in 1981. Although I originally thought I'd stay in Austin for just a couple of years, the place grew on me and it's been home ever since. I was married here, had my babies and raised them here, and we'll probably retire here. Life is good!
