Betty (Webster)'s Story
Went to Florida fall of 1967 to help take care of my mom's mom.. Was there until Feb.1968. Got a job at Anderson Co. with my sister Judy (who graduated Edison 1964.) Moved to East Gary summer of 1968 with a friend from work. Was "with agroup of friends from E.G. Edison, Portage, & Hobart" until early 1971; when I moved in with my sister & brother-in-law. e together almost 40 years until he passed away. Worked at Starcraft R.V.s, a short time where I met him through my brother-in-law; who also worked there.Worked at Kraft Foods (candy divison) for 6 years - loved it there! Had to quit because of back and health. Have 3 step children; 1 son & 2 daughters. 5 grandsons - 1 great granddaughter & 1 graet grandson. Oh yea, can't forget my 2 big black cats, & 1 black & white kitten.
