My biggest crush - had to be Bobby Gunn. Remember his big, black '57 Ford (I think it was a convertible). I took Algebra just because he was in the class - it was the worst grade I got in H.S. But, his rival at laps around the Square was Bobby Helms - '57 black Chevy convert. I married him. The teacher I admired the most was Miss McGuan, the business ed teacher. I spent 38 years in office work/management before reitirng. I would most assuredly do it all over again - especially the socializing. I'd do more.

re spent at the UW-Madison, in office management. I took off a year to work in the public sector at Gaarder & Miller Offices - and "Tars" (Gary Towers)worked there also. Back on campus and I ran into Jim McManamy, Judy McLean, and Mr. Thompson during a summer "refresher" course. Then I moved to our State Dept of Public Instruction in Equity--pupil nondiscrimination, gender equity, bilingual education, homeless ed, and GLBTQ. I enjoyed knowing that what I was doing was in some way helping all kids get a fair and free education in this Great State of Wisconsin.
