Beverly (Bev)'s Story
Hi, everybody from the class of '69. I'm not too computer savvy but here goes: My husband, Larry, and I have been married for 38 years and I have 2 kids (HA!!-KIDS) 46 and 43 and 3 grandsons. My oldest, Ben, was just married in June. Since 1972, when I moved to Kansas, I've also lived in New Mex., Arkansas, Mississippi, and now Tex. for the last 15 years. My hubby is a structural draftsman and has had jobs in many places, obviously. We are planning on retiring maybe in a year or so and moving up to the Tyler, TX area which is just east of Dallas. a place to go fishing. West TX doesn't have any or those things. Did you know that there is actually a town in west TX named NO TREES? Hopefully there aren't many tornado threats in east TX. Man, I HATE those! I'll try to make sure we have a "fraidie hole" near-by just in case. Anyway, that's my life in a nut shell. Oh, and by the way: If there are any born again, Bible thumpin', washed in the Blood, pew jumpin' (just kidding - this IS the Bible belt, don't ya know) Christians out there reading this, I sure would like to get to know you better and we could share our Faith and Christ's love.
