Beverly's Story
Hi Everyone:
As most of you who knew me in school know I was married to Ed Diehl. We moved to California in 1962 with our two little girls. We had two more little girls. After 13 years we divorced. In 1971 I marreid Roy Barnes, who had four daughters and we raised all l8 girls. We had a son named Adam in 1974. In 1996 Roy died at the age of 57 from a heart attack. In 2000 our son Adam died at age 26 from heart problems. In 2004 I married a wonderful man named Olaf Dahle. We met in church and were pew partners for several years before going out. His wife died in 1998 of Lou Gehrig's disease. He has 2 daughters, so together we have 10 d...Expand for more
aughters. I have 21 grandchildren with twins due in early November. Our first set of twins. Most of my grandchildren are grown or at least in high school. Ole has 6 grandchildren ranging from 4 to 17. I have 8 great grandchildren. He is 10 years older than me and started a family much later than I did. We all get along great. We are leaving tomorrow June 6 for a trip to Arkansas for my grandson Jarad's wedding and then to Branson, MO for some shows and a leisurely drive home. No motorhome, just our Mustang.I like hotels and eating out.
