Life
When I left Madrid in 1966, I went to Kingsville, TX where I graduated a year early in 1967. I swore
I'd never return to Kingsville, and didn't -- but I do
remember fondly friends from high

TCU where I received a BA in 71 and
an MA in 72. I went on to Colorado

ved my PhD
in 1977. I was an economics
professor for 23 years -- in
Wisconsin, Colorado, Washington
state and Alaska. I was lucky enough
to earn enough in book royalties to
retire at 50 and now run a fishing reel
repair shop in Juneau, Alaska. I
travel extensively and continue to
write. I am divorced with no children.
