Monte's Story
Hello, a lot of you know me by my school name Bill Buckley. I had to switch over to my given name rather middle name Monte.
My parents and my sisters have always called me Monte. In school I hated that name..not quite sure why but when I found out Bill was a nickname of William which is my first name I made the switch between 3rd and 4th grade.
I was born in Texas in a small town named Olney. About 19 miles from where I currently live. My father worked in the oil fields of North Texas yet decided he could better provide for his family in California. So at the age of 5 we moved to Maywood Ca. I also remember living in Bell Gardens and eventually Bell, California.

High which had just changed names from Carmelita Junior High in Huntington Park.
I was and am the oldest of my siblings who were LaDonna Jean Buckley who is now deceased and died in the middle to late 80's. then the next oldest is Debra Lynn who now lives in Brea California. The youngest sister is Lynda who now lives in Lake Havasu City Arizona.
I have lived in many places and two countries, right here in the good old USA and as well I lived in Queensland Australia, which is a lovely place to visit. Once I moved there the novelty of living there quickly wore off as it really was as expensive if not more expensive than any other Large City in the States. plus the food was very different from what I am used to as many as you are. Their food was very bland. Except for the seafood,
