Life I am a very active person. Although I work too many hours, I still manage to work out and stay in fairly decent shape to support my real love, which is Nature and the Backcountry. Most years I have a serious backcountry trip. I have soloed the backcountry in Yellowstone many times and have photos of Grizzly and Wolves that many people never get a chance to see. I have canoed across the center of the Everglades (103 mi) from west to east. I have also backpacked through the desert in the heat of summer. So I guess it is safe to say that I like the challenge of the Backcountry and I am willing to take the challenge in order to experience the real beauty of Nature in solitude. My trip this year is in August and the target is Eagle Peak, which is the highest peak in Yellowstone National Park. I am also into Scuba Diving and recently was certified as a Rescue Diver. I really enjoy the beauty of reef dives, but the challenge of deep dives is worth the added risk. Nature and the solitude and beauty of the deep backcountry are what I love. I found that, until you experience it, you cannot imagine accurately what it is like.
