Bill's Story

Life After Graduation, I attended Marin JC. My parents moved to Dixon, CA and left me to manage the apartment building we owned on Grant ave. Those were pretty much the "lost years." I began attending CSU Sacramento majoring in Political Science, but I ran out of money and found a union position in a manufacturing plant's office as a purchasing agent. The money was so good that I didn't go back to college for eight years. Meanwhile, I met my wife, Karen, during a hike on Mt. Tamalpais and we have been living in marital bliss since 1985. San Francisco until I began consulting on computerized accounting software for small and mid-sized businesses. After giving up a successful consulting practice in SF, I accepted an executive position with ACCPAC, International, an accounting software company in Pleasanton, CA, where Karen and I live today with no kids. UPDATE: Quit ACCPAC International in 2002 and went into general business consulting with an emphasis in IT solutions. My business' website is evanikoff(dot)com. UPDATE: Started another company (aeona) to sell, implement and customize ERP and related software for small to mid-sized businesses.
