My Spouse
I met my wife Mary in Kalamazoo, Michigan....and of all places, I met her in church! Who would have guessed?
My Pets
We live on an old dairy in Norco, California. People will often drop their cats off, and what's funny is I've never liked cats, and now I have at least three of them. There are a number of coyotes in the area, so the cat population goes up and down depending on their appetites!
My Kids
We have three great children: Joel who will be 12 in September, Jared who is ten, and Sarah who turned 8 today! Mary and I are amazed at how different are children can be from one another and yet grow up in the same hous...Expand for more

My Job
I am senior pastor at Church on the Hill in Norco, California. Norco is located about 50 miles east of Los Angeles...45 minutes to Laguna Beach, 30 minutes from Disneyland, and a hours drive to the snow or to Palm Springs in the desert. Norco is an equestrian community. We have horse trails instead of sidewalks, horses outnumber people...although that will be changing over the next 5 years. They expect 100,000 to 200,000 new people will move into this area. Church on the Hill is striving to become a community church that serves the needs of the people in this community.
