Bill's Story
Life
I'm answer to "Bill" many may know me as Willard.
After leaving Bay High I attended The University of Dayton left there after my junior year. (Out of Funds) and moved to Anaheim, California. In 1976 I transferred to Houston . I have worked for a steel fabricator as Manager of Engineering for the past 30 years. I am now back with an engineering firm, CB&I Lummus. My real passion is Theatre. In 1989 I founded a non-profit community Theatre, (Cast Theatrical Company), located in Rosenberg, Texas (A small town located approximately 15 miles west of Houston. I am involved in directing, acting, and promoting live theater in Fort Bend County, Texas. I did marry in 1969, Brenda who I met at Frischs Resraunt in Dayton Ohio. dren all grown. The oldest (Dawn) is a RN, The second oldest (Becky) is a Dr. of pharmacy. and the youngest (David) is involved with mental health. I figure I have all the bases covered.The girls are marrired, David on the other hand is taking his time. The photo is from an adaptation I wrote in 1994 based on Dicken's "The Christmas Carol" called "Scrooge and The Carol" I am portraying Charles Dickens. My favorite plays are "Ladyhouse Blues" which I directed in 2004, "When You Comin Back Red Ryder, which I portrayed Lyle Striker, and "Steel Magnolias" which I directed in 2008.
I'd be interested in talking old times within anyone. Got to be careful of the word Old. My belief is age is mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter.
