More about Bill:". I am an Advisor(110511866) with Advocare located in Channelview, Texas. In March of this year I weighed 315 pounds. I was diabetic, had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I was taking an insulin shot in the morning along with a host of pills to get me through the day. All my Dr. would tell me was to eat right, exercise and lose weight. Easy for him to say he’d never been diabetic. (Kind of like going to a priest for marriage counseling) I felt so bad, that there was no way I would be able to exercise. ercise. His answer is “that’s just something you’ll have to do. This went on for five years, with no help. I gained more weight and they issued more pills. I felt like I was dying. And nothing could change it. Long story short, after starting this plan for two weeks, it was like someone coming into a dark room and turning on the light. I felt like doing something. This scared me. I didn’t do anything for 2 days, thinking this new feeling would go away. I was wrong. I started walking at a local track. After doing this for several weeks and my energy level going through the roof I decided to go to my local gym (24 Hour Fitness) where I have been a member since 1999. I’m sure your wondering how I got in this shape being a member since 1999. To be honest, until now, I would only go to the gym once a year, just to pay my membership dues. Couldn’t stand the idea of losing my $2,000 Life- time membership dues I paid, in 1999. Now I’m in the gym every AM.
When I started I was 315 pounds with a size 50 waist. This morning I am at 265 lbs. with a 38 waist. My weight goal is 220 lbs.".
