Bill's Story
Life
When I left high school I joined the Navy. I went to bootcamp in San Diego then was stationed at NAS Glynco, Ga. in the city of Brunswick. I enjoyed my time there except for the fact I was crazy enough to marry a Wav. We moved to Pensacola, Fl. were I was devorced. I moved back to California in 75. I moved to Colorado in 79 then moved back to California in 80. I married again in 86 (you'd think I'd have learned better) had a daughter then devorced again in 98(I think I got it this time). My health in the last 5 years has not been very good so I wanted to try to get intouch with as many people from my past as possible that meant alot to me and I may have meant something to them. I know live in the mountains between Big Bear and Arrowhead in California. I moved to the mountains in March of 2005 in a small town called Green Valley Lake with a population of 500 year round and it is at 7,200 ft. I feel like I am in heaven, and will die here, I have a bad heart and have no idea how long I may have. So to all those who have been apart of my life I wish you all the best.
School
As many of you may remember I was an odd duck, class clown, just plan different from the rest.
Military
Went through boot camp in 1972 and was in company 455 and had friends I'd like to see or at least hear from again. Like Painter, and guy we called Frap.
I worked in the first Lt. Division and the rec department at NAS Glynco, Ga. If anyone remembers me please and would like to write me I would like to hear from you. Over all I really enjoyed my time in and the friends I made.
