Bill's Story
I joined the Marine Corps and spent 25 years until my retirement in 2002. After retiring I tried a few things, the corporate world, some government work, and then self employment. It didn't take long to d decide this country is at a total political loss. So I took permanent retirement about three years ago to build a self reliant homestead.

property in rural west Virginia and I'm building a homestead on it with a few chickens, fruit trees, small garden, goats ATV"S and what ever else interests us for the moment.
I'm married with three great kids, two are adults and are giving me grand children and the wife and I decided to start all over and we are raising a 4-year old, (as of 2010).
