Bill's Story

More about Bill:"I have been chasing electrons since I was about ten. I started by tearing stuff apart to see how it worked. I figured out how to use a telegraph key to dial long distance calls. When I was 15 my dad must have been tired of my antics because he signed me up for an RCA electronics correspondence course.

ome a football star and try to become a psychologist or something like that but soon learned that I really liked fixin’ stuff.
Then I spent 10 years in the Navy doing mostly electronic maintenance and 20 years in the corporate world doing field service, technical support, engineering support to production and writing maintenance procedures. In all those positions I always wound up doing training of one sort or another.
In 2001 we decided that it was time to get out of the corporate world and I got my California C-10 electrical contractors license
And the rest, as they say, is history.
I also teach motorcycle safety and Basic electricity for homeowners.
I have been married to the same woman for 35 years and have a 33 year old son who works at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center and is a NCAA Div 1 All American Decathlete.".
