Life After high school I went to Cal Poly for a couple years then transferred to La Verne College. I worked for a union for a couple years before going into business with my father in Pomona. After I got married in '82 we moved to Alta Loma and purchased a printing business in Chino. We sold that business in 1991 and moved to northern Colorado shortly after that (94). We lived in the shadow of the Rocky Mtns within an hour of some of the finest fishing in the state. We have three sons, each of whom we are very proud of. Our oldest son got married to a wonderful young lady in October '04 and has blessed us with a grandson and a granddaughter. He retired from the Army a few years ago now lives only a couple blocks from us. Our middle son who officiated at his older brother's wedding, is the General Manager in FTC for a contractors' supply company. He got married in May of '05 to the a young lady that we couldn't be more proud of, and in 2006 they made Denise & I grandparents. Our youngest son also lives a short distance from us. He has been a student of the martial arts and is a manager for UPS. He is married to a wonderful young lady as of October 2011 and blessed us with another grandson. . So we have been empty nesters since the summer of '08.
