William's Story
How many Performance Enhancement Coaches / Authors do you know?
You knew me in High School as Bill Kimbrell. In 1975, I changed my name to William C. Smith, in honor of my Grandfather.
You probably remember me as very quiet, shy, -- the bookworm type.
I escaped the corporate world in Dec. 1992 after having worked in the areas of management, personnel director, operations manager, advertising / marketing, safety / security, sales manager, corporate trainer.
Since then I've worked for myself
Owned a used book store.
Owned a sports medicine / rehab clinic - this came about after getting certified as a massage therapist - I even got a chance to work with the British Olympics Sports Massage Therapy team.
Became a professional hypnotist - specializing in sports, business, life
Added Anger Management Resolution Therapist to my credentials
Written two books so far (and many articles) - with several more to come over the next couple of years.
Started a new "for purpose" business - Now Just Imagine - with 40% (not 4% or .4% - but 4...Expand for more
0%) of net profits going to three different areas of community help - Vets and current military, abused / homeless women and children, and animal shelters.
For a while, I was a Professional Sports Massage Therapist -- and I still don't know hardly anything about sports. But I've worked with many athletes -- Olympic, professional, college, high school, amateur, (football, hockey, baseball, basketball, martial arts, body building, soccer, you name it) - actors, entertainers, fitness models, etc.
I have a large collection of autographed sports jerseys (sweaters in the case of hockey), posters, magazine covers, pictures, etc. my celebrity clients have given me.

I love what I do! and can't imagine doing anything else.
What could be better?
I hope to hear from you soon. Even if we don't remember each other, it's OK. None of us are the same as we were back in high school.
