Marathon (4x), Boulder Peak Duathalon, a dozen or more of other Half Marathons, Vail Hill Climb (3x), and many many 10Ks and 5Ks over the years. Last year I finshed in first place in my age category in three races, and each year for the past 6 years I have beat my age (running faster than your age) in the Bolder Boulder 10K.
