Billy's Story
I just got on this site. Most of you know I was always a hockey fan and wanted to play. I have maintained my fitness through all these years, mountain biking and crashing, road biking, working out, triathlons, and eating clean.
When we freaking finally got hockey here, I started playing, flying on the ice, and skating with players 20 years younger than me.
I did get a BS in business and just finished another degree in accounting. I graduated Phi Theta Kappa.
I left the industrial supply business and I am now a

How many of my classmates are still slamming in the gym, or have some of you become older and out of shape?
My workouts are very hard core, designed for hypertrophy. These are workouts designed for dudes in their 20s.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I design workouts and eating suggestions for my clients based on their goals. I do not believe in "one size fits all" workouts.
