Billy's Story
I joined the Air Force in '68. Was stationed in Witchita Falls. Met Sandra Mims in 69 and we have been married 47 years. I was also stationed in Thailand for a year. After the Air Force we moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma where I attended Spartan Aeronautics School. I worked in aviation maintenance for 18 years until the big layoff at Tenneco. lton Woods Golf Course as the Manager of their equipmentfor 15 years and retired in 2014. Sandra retired in 2010 after working 12 years in the mortgage business and 25 years for Aldine ISD as a school secretary. We have one daughter that is an Ag teacher at the Woodlands HS and two grandkids - girl 18 and boy 17 I still love cars and have a 66 red convertible Mustang that we enjoy alot.
