Dottie's Story

I retired from Orange county Dept of Education In 2003. Moved to Grants Pass Oregon. Built our Home on 21/2 acres and then went back to work. I am a sign language Interpreter and work for Rogue Community College part time and spend the rest of the hours doing Free lance. I took up painting and Don't have the opportunity to paint as much as I would like. ...Expand for more
My Husband and I have restored two classic cars. a 1972 Buick Riviera Boat tail. 1967 Cougar XR7. We belong to a car club as well. Have met up with some Classmates that have moved up here as well. Al Wilson , Fred Thompson, Richard dumacian. (?) Sandra Griffen but she past away a few years ago. Love being up here but miss the kids Down in SO CAL and MO.

My first great Grandaughter on my side of the family. Born yesterday Lilah Rae Trapp. She is beautiful.  Cant wait to see her.

Well it's a good thing we had bought a new gazebo to set up in spring. This one finally bit the dust. Or should I say bit the snow. Lol. Beautiful day.
Well the house is done. I love it so much that we decided we would like to keep for ourself. So McKenzie is getting a Beach Bungalow style house. Jack did a great job. He really enjoyed building it. Ready to do another one.
The house moves came and no it is placed in its permanent  place. Jack did a beautiful job.
A gorgeous day, a beautiful  view from our home in Grant's Pass OR. Gods country. Love our home.
Corn beef is on.... yummie dinner tonight.
