Hey Roadrunners! Here's a little something something...after high school I went away to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I had a great time. While finishing up my BS in Aerospace Engineering I decided to stay for my Master's. It's great. Met some great people..and some strange ones. There are many memories in Senior Design. The best part was participating in CubeSat, which is a satellite program at the University. I've met several people from all over the US and Europe. I've attended several industry conferences and presented a paper on the program. Now I've graduated and been working in the real world for three years at Lockheed Martin Space Systems in the Commercial Space industry. Yes, I'm a space junky. I don't actually design the satellite itself, but I help prepare it for space. Thanks to those satellites several countries (incl US) can communicate and get TV power.
